Ontario Provincial Police have identified a man killed in a single car crash north of Cornwall.
Forty-five-year-old Brian Rolfe of North Glengarry died Sunday when the car he was travelling in, rolled on Allaire Road in North Stormont Township.
The 35-year-old driver, Jennifer Smades, and two children in the backseat survived the crash.
Police say they are still considering whether or not to lay charges.
