TORONTO - Premier Dalton McGuinty says he's open to budget suggestions from the opposition parties.
The minority Liberals could face an election if they can't get either the NDP or Tories to support their day-old budget.
The Progressive Conservatives say they won't support the blueprint, but the New Democrats say they haven't made a decision.
NDP Leader Andrea Horwath says she's going to consult Ontarians before she makes up her mind.
McGuinty says no one wants an election, and he's willing to listen to suggestions from the two other parties to avoid one.
But the premier says Ontario must eliminate its $15-billion deficit in five years.
