Coun. Clive Doucet's bid for the mayor's chair took a setback this week with his campaign manager calling it quits.
Declan Hill, who is a freelance journalist, decided to pull the plug because he was having trouble balancing the demands of his job and managing Doucet's campaign.
Hill is an investigative journalist and documentary maker. He has worked with CBC, BBC and PBS.
Hill's responsibilities will now be spread around the campaign office.
