CTV Ottawa News at Noon and Amazing People Host Leanne Cusack was presented with the St. Joe’s Women’s Centre’s “Quality of Life” Award Thursday.
The award recognizes community members who are committed to improving the quality of life of others living in the city.
Quality of Life awards were also presented to Kent and Mary Browne, along with Hassa Mirchandani.
The event, which included a raffle, hoped to raise $20,000. All of the proceeds go toward the programs offered by St. Joe’s Women’s Centre that help local women and their families.
