The Montfort Hospital is on the move as part of a $300-million expansion project.
Officials say it will take three weeks to move people and equipment into the hospital's two new wings at its Montreal Road campus.
The empty space at Montfort Hospital will be gutted and renovated in the first phase of the project which is expected to help reduce wait times in the Capital.
The expansion will double the size of the Montfort Hospital by 2009.
