Jean-Louis, 24, was last seen at the Windsor House Hotel in Vankleek Hill at 12:30 a.m. She spoke by telephone with a friend from her home one hour later.
But Jean-Louis was found smothered in her bedroom at 11 a.m.
There is a $50,000 reward for information.
