City staff is recommending Ottawa switch to a biweekly garbage pick-up service in 2010.
The change will follow the implementation of a new green bin program to dispose of organic waste in the Capital.
There's also a recommendation for parents concerned about stinky diapers to sign up for a separate pick-up service.
