Ottawa police are investigating after several gunshots rang out in a west-end neighboured early Saturday morning.
Police say shots were fired in the Ritchie Street area at about 3:50 a.m. Following the gunfire, police say a group of people confronted and assaulted two victims before running away.
The victims were transported to hospital. Police say their injuries are not life-threatening.
