Although buses are still getting back on the road after a crippling transit strike, the city is pushing ahead with its multi-billion transit plan.
The first open house for a downtown transit tunnel was held Thursday night, where the public got a chance to see the proposed routes for light rail in the downtown core.
The location of the tunnel and the design and spacing of the proposed stations were all on display.
Once built, the tunnel would allow light rail travel from Blair Station to Tunney's Pasture.
