Magic!, Marc Dupré, Jonas and the Massive Attraction, and Gord Bamfordare are among the headliners who will perform before hundreds of thousands of people at the 2015 Canada Day celebrations on Parliament Hill.

Canadian Heritage Minister Shelly Glover made the announcement on Monday, June 1st, 2015, exactly one month before the festivities are set to begin.

The theme for Canada's 148th birthday is "Strong. Proud. Free," with activities created in honour of Sir John A. MacDonald's 200th birthday, the Franklin Expedition, the year of Sport in Canada and the 50th birthday of the Canadian Flag,.

"Canada Day is a unique opportunity to showcase the cultural wealth of our country, our values, our aspirations and our achievements," the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, said in a statement. 

Headliners, except for Bishop Grandin Marching Ghosts and the Jerry Cans, will perform both a noon and 7:30 p.m. show on Parliament Hill.
