Calypso Water Park is facing twenty charges related to safety violations.
The charges include not reporting incidents and not having properly trained staff or appropriate safety equipment.
Park officials say Calypso has been working closely with the Technical Standards & Safety Authority since these issues were raised 2 years ago.
The owners of the park will answer to the charges in court next month.
Calypso also faces a number of legal actions including a one million dollar lawsuit from a man who fractured his skull after being thrown to the pavement during a water slide accident last summer.
Calypso Water Park is located near Limoges, east of Ottawa.
