A man charged in a fatal hit-and-run in west Ottawa will be out on bail.
Jeremy Rees, 23, is charged with impaired driving and criminal negligence causing death in the March 18 death of Erin Vance.
The 26-year-old mother of twins was killed while walking home from a St. Patrick's Day party with her boyfriend.
Police said Rees was at The Point Bar along with Vance's group.
His bail conditions include not driving a vehicle except for a tractor on the farm where he works.
