OTTAWA - Sean Monahan scored twice as the Ottawa 67's defeated the visiting Belleville Bulls 4-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League playoff action.

Shane Prince and Brett Gustavsen also scored for the 67's.

Joseph Cramarossa had a goal and an assist for the Bulls while Michael Curtis added a single goal.

Petr Mrazek picked up the win, and the game's first star, by making 43 saves as Malcolm Subban turned away 29 shots in defeat.

Ottawa went 0 for 5 on the power play while Belleville failed to score on four chances with the man advantage.

Before the game even started there was an altercation during the warm up and Ottawa's Marc Zanetti ended up spearing a Bulls' player and received a match penalty.

"I was just trying to push him away with my stick and I certainly didn't try to do that. I wish I could take it back," Zanetti said, adding he was sending a message that it wasn't ok for the Bulls' players to be crossing the red line during the pre-game.

Ottawa now has a 2-0 series lead with Game 3 to take place Sunday in Belleville.
