Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson says he backs a decision by OC Transpo management to silence a singing bus driver.
Driver Yves Roy has been belting out the hits on his downtown to Barrhaven bus run for about eight years. There have been complaints about Roy's singing, and compliments too.
Earlier this week, Roy was told to stop singing.
Watson says he agrees with the decision, arguing that it might open the door for other undesirable behaviour for drivers.
