Paul Henderson, the hockey player who scored the winning goal in the 1972 Summit Series, brought his jersey to Ottawa Monday.
The jersey will be part of a special display at Confederation Park across from Ottawa City Hall. The display runs from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday.
Henderson will be joined by several of his Team Canada teammates.
The goal he scored on Sept. 28, 1972 gave Canada victory over the then-Soviet Union in the eight game Summit Series.
