The City of Ottawa is ready to find builders to redevelop residential space at Lansdowne Park.

An estimated 392,000 square feet could be developed for residential and office space.

The city controls the so-called "air-rights" and says it can sell the rights for more than $10 million.

Whoever wins the competitive bidding process faces a tight deadline.

If, as anticipated, CFL returns in 2013, the city doesn't want construction equipment on site.
