Ottawa Mayor Larry O'Brien and business woman Janet Yale have launched a long-term plan to end chronic homelessness in the Capital.
Those involved with the initiative -- called "The Leadership Table on Homelessness" -- heard from those affected by homelessness on Tuesday.
In five to 10 years, the group says it hopes to get both government and corporations on side to increase housing and support services in the Capital.
