An Ottawa resident has been identified by Ontario Provincial Police has the victim in a fatal crash on the 401.
Andrea Brickell, 48, of Ottawa was killed Tuesday morning in a two vehicle crash on Highway 401. Police say Brickell was on the eastbound ramp to the Trenton OnRoute stop when her car struck the back of a transport truck that was parked at the side of the road.
The driver of the parked tractor trailer has been charged with Disobeying a Sign contrary to Section 182(2) of the Highway Traffic Act.
