The NCC says it will renew and transform the Prime Minister's official residence at 24 Sussex Drive.
The plans are park of the National Capital Commission’s 17 big ideas for the capital region over the next 50 years.
The ideas come from the over 12-hundred submissions from Canadians to transform the region between now and 2067.
