The Mayfair Theatre projectors in Orleans have been silenced for good.
The co-owner of the Mayfair Orleans Lee Demarbre says the landlord terminated the theatre's lease on Wednesday.
Demarbre said support for the indepedent theatre was building boosting revenues.
Mayfair Orleans was on the brink last summer because of low attendance.
The Mayfair Bank Street location is a separate business operation.
