IBM plans to announce Monday an aggressive expansion of its products developed in Ottawa, CTV has learned.
IBM, the city's largest private sector employer, wants to target more small firms with its software, which should fuel additional growth.
The former Cognos has added 400 staff since being bought out by Big Blue nearly two years ago. Officials expect that growth to continue.
