A huge, towering Spanish red wine blend produced from Monastrell and Syrah wine grapes from 45-year-old vines from the Yecla wine region. A dark soul with aromas of Blackberry bramble, black liquorice, olives, dried garrigue herbs on the nose. Dark plum, cocoa, leather, dark berry compote and savoury herbs on the palate matched with juicy, structured tannins. Produced from organically grown grapes. Enjoy now and for the next three years. Pair with venison stew.

Château De Tréviac is a well-priced, full-bodied Syrah and Grenache red wine blend from the Corbieres, produced by Arnaud Sié. Corbières is the largest appellation within the Languedoc wine region. On the nose, aromas of blue and pink florals, blueberry and cocoa are evident. Juicy with black cherry, plum, dried garrigue herbs and black pepper spice flavours on the palate. Enjoy with roast pork.
