A bat spent around 15 minutes flying around CTV Ottawa’s newsroom Tuesday afternoon, with a bonus performance later that night.
The first happened around 12:15 p.m. on the CTV News at Noon, while anchors Michael O’Byrne and JJ Clarke were live on air.
That bat was then corraled out a side door with help from a few CTV 2 personalities.
What was either an encore or possible second bat sighting happened after 8 p.m. while nothing was live on the air (except for it, of course.)
That winged mammal was also escorted outside.
