The City of Ottawa is going to court to recover $4.6 million from the company that designed the problem-plagued Airport Parkway Pedestrian Bridge.
The city has filed a claim against WSP Canada.
The company was named Genivar when it had the design project for the bridge.
Genivar is no longer on the job.
The city has hired Delcan to complete the project.
The project is already three years behind schedule and almost $5 million over budget.
