The 2014 Sunshine List includes more than 1,000 employees of the Ottawa Police Service who earned more than $100,000 in 2013.
Topping the list is Police Chief Charles Bordeleau who took home over $253,000 last year.
The high number of police officers on the list can be attributed to retroactive payments from an arbitrator's ruling.
Ottawa City Manager Kent Kirkpatrick is top earner at City Hall with a salary over $328,000.
OC Transpo General Manager John Manconi tapped in at $243,000.
The biggest paycheck in the health sector belongs to Jack Kitts, President at The Ottawa Hospital.
Kitts earned over $630, 000 in 2013.
