One person is dead following a six vehicle crash on Canada’s busiest highway near the Ontario-Quebec border.
Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to a crash involving four vehicles and two tractor trailers on Highway 401 WB near Mile Marker 828 around 2:30 Monday afternoon.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Five other people were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
