Ontario Provincial Police say one person is dead after a two-car crash east of where Highway 17 and Bruce Street intersect.
Police say the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 17 has reopened in both directions after being closed for police to investigate.
Police say the victim is a woman. The full identity of the deceased has yet to be released.
