Lotus Fine Foods Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Lotus Fine Foods Quinoa Granola (any flavour)
- 1/2 cup assorted berries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

In a tall cup or bowl, dollop half of the yogurt. Sprinkle on half of the granola and half of the berries. Repeat, finishing with the berries on the top.
