And a massive barn fire south of Ottawa this weekend killed about 80 chickens in Kemptville.
Fire crews were called to Donnelly Drive around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, 2017.
A good Samaritan came across the scene and was able to rescue some of the birds to a nearby pen.
However, some of the chickens and a few turkeys died.
the barn is destroyed including a tractor and 4-wheeler that were stored inside.
