A woman in her 20s is dead after Ottawa paramedics believe she fell 10 to 12 floors from an Alta Vista Drive apartment building.
Ottawa paramedics were called to the 1500 block of Alta Vista Drive near Industrial Avenue at 5:04 this morning where they found the woman outside the building in cardiac arrest and suffering from multiple traumatic injuries.
Paramedics began aggressive resuscitation procedures as the woman was rushed to hospital. She did not regain a pulse.
