Ottawa paramedics say two men are dead following a crash at Carling Avenue and March Road in west Ottawa Sunday afternoon.
The two-vehicle crash happened around 1:10 p.m. Paramedics say the men were pronounced dead at the scene.
Ottawa Fire officials say two other men in their 40s had to be extricated from one vehicle.
Paramedics say they suffered critical, life-threatening injuries.
One patient was taken to the Ottawa Hospital by ambulance; another was flown to the Ottawa Trauma Centre by an Ornge Air Ambulance, according to emergency officials.
Ottawa police are investigating.
