The Rideau Canal will reopen to skaters at 7 a.m. Sunday after being closed several days because of mild weather.
The City of Ottawa's 50 approved sledding hills have been closed since Friday because of unsafe conditions.
The city has also started its annual ice-breaking operations along the Rideau River.
