BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Stephen Silas scored twice and set up one more as the Belleville Bulls defeated the visiting Mississauga St. Michael's Majors 8-3 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Adam Payerl also scored two goals for the Bulls (27-27-1), who snapped a three-game losing streak, Luke Judson had a goal and two assists, Jake Worrad and Jordan Mayer had a goal and an assist each while Jordan Subban added a single goal.

Brendan Gaunce chipped in with four assists.

Riley Brace scored two goals for the Majors (24-25-7), who lost in regulation for the first time in four outings, as Justin Rasmussen scored the other.

Malcolm Subban made 30 saves for the win while Brandon Maxwell allowed five goals against on 21 shots through 30 minutes of play.

Spencer Martin finished the game for Mississauga and stopped 14 of 17 shots in relief.

Belleville went 3 for 9 on the power play as Mississauaga went 1 for 5.
