Ottawa Police have released photos of a man they believe is an important witness to this weekend’s fatal stabbing on Elgin Street.
Police are looking to identify and speak with the man in relation to the Jabeir Jemmie murder investigation.
Jemmie was stabbed to death on Elgin Street near Frank Street early Saturday morning.
His funeral was held Sunday afternoon.
