Residents are still digging out after Tuesday’s winter storm dropped 20.2 cm of snow on Ottawa.
The city has been criticized for the response and problems with the rollout of its “Where is my Plow” site.
Many people reported their residential roads and sidewalks still hadn’t been plowed on Wednesday.
Ottawa Police reported 38 collisions between 5 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. The average is about 50 per day but that can spike to double or triple that with a winter storm.
