CFB Petawawa hosted a colourful Change of Command parade Thursday to celebrate a new base commander taking over.
Lt. Col. Keith Rudderham replaces Col. Bill Moore, who has been posted to Ottawa after two years in charge in the Upper Ottawa Valley.
Rudderham previously served as the deputy commanding officer of 2 Service Battalion at Petawawa, along with several other positions at the base.
Rudderham says one of his top priorities is the care and treatment of soldiers injured on duty.
