Missing Quebec girl possibly in Ottawa: police

A missing 17-year-old Quebec girl may be in the Ottawa region, according to police.

Tessa Diorio was reported missing from Laval on Aug. 7.

Laval police have information she may be in the national capital region, and asked Ottawa police to request public assistance in locating her.

Diorio is described as white, 5-foot-5 tall, 125 pounds, with chestnut hair and brown eyes. She speaks English and French.
