Ottawa firefighters are responding to a 2-alarm fire on Concord St. N.

Smoke was seen billowing from the windows late Thursday morning.

Firefighters could be seen cutting through the roof to attack the fire on the top floor.

A fire investigator is on scene to determine the cause.

At least three people are displaced. The Red Cross and Salvation Army are working to help them.

Ottawa Police have closed off roads around the fire scene, Main St. Greenfield, Montcalm, and Echo Drive.

Hydro Ottawa reports power was cut for 1,800 customers in the area. Most homes had power restored by early afternoon.

There are no reports of injury.
