A mother and her three children had to rush out of their home on MacNeil Court Monday morning when a fire started in the living room.
Fire officials say they received several calls for black smoke billowing from the rowhouse around 11 a.m. When they arrived the mother and her young children were already outside.
The fire was quickly knocked down and officials say the home is not a complete loss.
