One person is dead after a highway crash in Belleville's north end this morning.
Police say a car and a transport truck collided on Highway 62 around 6:30 a.m.
The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, while the truck driver was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
No names have been released.
Police have closed off the highway (from Ashley Street to Vermilyea and Farnham roads) while they investigate.
