A 25-year-old cyclist was sent to hospital in stable condition after being struck by a car in downtown Ottawa.
The incident happened at about 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Somerset Street and Lyon Street.
The impact of the crash caused serious damage to the car's windshield.
The cyclist, 25, was treated by paramedics for a minor leg injury before being transported to hospital.
Police are continuing to investigate the collision.
