The idea for the business was born out of necessity, when Bill was a single father of three young children with a career in the food service industry. What started in his home kitchen has turned into a going concern. Bill's reputation for quality single serving mousse cakes and cheese cakes has given him well deserved recognition. Da Bombe Dessert Factory is about more than dessert these days. Bill has a busy lunch service and a freezer full of take home meals. Sunday brunch is a specialty and always includes one of Bill Ross's now famous Da Bombe desserts.
