The case of the fourth person under investigation for committing an indignity to a human body after the murder of Valerie Leblanc is in front of the Crown.
The other three people who were under investigation for tampering with the murder scene have already been cleared by police.
Police are also trying to create a sketch of the "main witness" in Leblanc's killing. The man was seen in the area around the time of the murder.
The witness has been described as a white man in his '20's. He is about 6-feet-tall and 200 lbs. He has dark hair and a chubby face.
The body of Valerie Leblance, 18, was found beaten and burned in the woods behind the CEGEP de l'Outaouais Aug. 23.
