Country singer Carrie Underwood and former Ottawa Senators forward Mike Fisher are celebrating the birth of their first child, a boy born on February 27, 2015.
Underwood tweeted a picture of “tiny hands and tiny feet”, writing that “God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher”.

Immediately, hundreds of fans tweeted back congratulations to the celebrity couple.
“A little hockey player, blessings, congrats!” tweeted Billy Purcell.
“Congrats to the new parents! What a beautiful name!!” wrote Lyndsi Leek.
Fisher was traded to the Nashville Predators in 2011 after ten years as an Ottawa Senator.
He married Underwood in Georgia in July 2010.
