A 44-year-old Almonte man is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Lanark Highlands.
The Ontario Provincial Police say its investigation shows the man failed to negotiate a curve on Pine Grove Road Tuesday night. The vehicle went out of control and struck a westbound car head-on.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 45-year-old female driver of the second vehicle was airlifted to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
