A 21-year-old Cornwall man accused in a five-year-old's death remains in jail after a bail hearing.
Shane Haley is charged with first-degree murder of Alissa Martin-Travers, whose body was discovered in April 2008 after police responded to a reported home invasion.
Alissa's mother and younger sister were unhurt.
