A teenager is recovering in hospital today after a stabbing in broad daylight.
It happened late this morning at the South Keys transitway station near Bank street and Hunt Club Road.
Police were called at 11:52 this morning after a teenager was found with a stab wound inside a bus shelter at the South Keys transitway station.
The incident disrupted operations on the transitway as southbound busses were slowed right down causing numerous delays for OC Transpo riders through the afternoon.
Police officers were interviewing witnesses on the scene, hoping to release a description of the suspect later today.
We don't know the exact age of the teenager stabbed although we do know he is in stable condition in hospital. His injuries are not considered life threatening.
