Ottawa Police have identified the victim in Saturday's homicide as 36-year-old Jeremy Mack.
Mack was stabbed to death following what police are calling a "altercation” on Winthrop Private just before 5 p.m. Saturday.
The 36-year-old was transported to hospital in life threatening condition where he later died. Saturday's homicide is the 10th so far this year.
Ottawa Police arrested one man on scene Saturday. The individual's name has not been released.
The Ottawa Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
