A 54-year-old Ottawa man faces numerous charges in connection with a three-year police investigation into funds that went missing from the Leitrim Minor Hockey Association.
Among the 11 charges against David Lawrence Barker are fraud, theft and forgery.
Ottawa police say the case involves money that went missing or had been misappropriated between 2004 and 2006.
Barker is set to appear in court on Sept. 28.
