An Ottawa teacher is facing additional sexual assault and sexual interference charges after two more alleged victims came forward.
57-year-old Naoum Abi-Samra, a teacher with Ottawa's French Catholic School Board, was charged on April 19 after allegations he made sexual comments and inappropriately touched one of his female students.
He’s now charged with two additional counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference.
Police say the alleged incidents happened between September 2013 and January 2014 as well as January and March 2016 during school hours at Pierre-Savard Secondary School.
Abi-Samra has been suspended since March 11, 2016, when the board launched an internal investigation.
Ottawa Police believe there may be more victims.
